North Point Builders is serving as Construction Manager for Howard County, Maryland to construct the 63,000 Sf New Community Center.

The Center was designed with passive and active recreational activities in mind.

The structure will include: arts & crafts rooms, activity rooms, large gym, walking/jogging track and outdoor pavilions & athletic fields.

The multi service facility is located on a 45 acre wooded site.

Groundbreaking for the 60,000 square foot community center occurred on May 30, 2009.
